1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings described below unless context requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility
Access to and use of the OK Gaming platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

3. Account Registration
To use OK Gaming's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Each individual may register only one OK Gaming account. If you already hold an active account, you may not register a second one under any name, email address, phone number, or payment method.
- You must use your real name, valid Philippine contact number, and an email address you own and can access. Information provided during registration must match the identity documents you may be asked to provide during verification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. OK Gaming will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to protect your login details.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify OK Gaming support immediately at support@okgaming.net so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
- OK Gaming reserves the right to reject any registration application at its discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
4. Deposits and Payments
OK Gaming accepts deposits in Philippine pesos through the payment channels available in the cashier at the time of your transaction. Currently supported methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa and Mastercard bank cards.
- All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine pesos. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits made through supported channels.
- You may only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change.
- OK Gaming does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities for the purpose of funding gambling activity. Use a debit-linked or e-wallet account to deposit.
- Deposits are typically reflected in your OK Gaming wallet within minutes. If a deposit does not appear after a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number.
OK Gaming does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider before depositing.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. OK Gaming aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly and in Philippine pesos.
- Before a withdrawal can be processed, OK Gaming may require completion of identity verification. This includes submitting a government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable — only converted real-money winnings that meet the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
- OK Gaming reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account abuse, or a pending investigation. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting information.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier. Requests below the minimum amount will not be processed until the combined balance meets the threshold.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya cashouts are typically completed within a few minutes to a few hours under normal conditions.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
OK Gaming offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means ₱5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
- Bonuses are available for one claim per player, per household, and per device unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- OK Gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been activated by a player, the terms in place at activation continue to apply to that player's bonus.

- Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies, or coordination with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7. Gameplay and Bets

- A bet is final once confirmed by the player on the OK Gaming platform. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation, except in circumstances where OK Gaming has declared a round void under the applicable game rules.
- Technical malfunctions — including connection interruptions on the player's side — do not automatically entitle a player to a refund. Where a confirmed bet was accepted by OK Gaming's system before a disconnection occurred, the bet stands and is settled according to the official result.

8. Prohibited Conduct

- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted software, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in a way not available to ordinary manual players.
- Multiple accounts: Creating more than one OK Gaming account for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding account limitations, or obscuring identity.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, probe the platform's systems for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's normal operation in any way.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
OK Gaming collects and processes personal information as part of the account registration, identity verification, and transaction monitoring processes. By registering, you consent to this collection and processing in accordance with the OK Gaming Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

- Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
- Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, OK Gaming reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a player closes their account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance — excluding uncleared bonus funds — will be refunded to the player's last verified payment method after identity checks are completed.
13. Amendments to These Terms
OK Gaming may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published at this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the OK Gaming platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
